This recipe is based upon a Tagine that we made while in Marrakech. This dish has the most ingredients of any of our recipes, and we get the best feedback on this one. Slow-cooked under a covered dish, the subtle sweetness of raisins, apricots and pistachios meld with savory spices and tender lamb. Serve over couscous. (Can also be cooked with Chicken, beef or pork).

Simply add Meat, pistachios, dried apricots and raisins. Enjoy!
